Paralegal Killed In Charlottesville 'Enjoyed The Law'

Heather Heyer, 32, joined the Miller Law Group five years ago with only a high school diploma, having previously worked as a waitress, and became a mainstay in the firm's bankruptcy department, where she cultivated the admiration and trust of her peers.

She had "no legal experience at all, but she was a student, she learned, she enjoyed the law," her supervisor at the firm, Alfred Wilson, told Law360...
