Ropes & Gray Bolsters DC Office With PTAB Litigator

By Kelly Knaub (August 16, 2017, 1:48 PM EDT) -- Ropes & Gray LLP said on Tuesday that it has bolstered its intellectual property practice in its Washington, D.C., office with the addition of an ex-Oblon McClelland Maier & Neustadt LLP attorney who will chair the firm's Patent Trial and Appeal Board practice.

Scott A. McKeown joined the firm as a partner on Tuesday, he told Law360 in an emailed statement. McKeown was most recently a member of Oblon McClelland's management committee and chair of its post-grant patent practice group.
