Ore. Court Affirms Toss Of Lloyd's Suit Over Cleanup Costs

Law360, New York (August 16, 2017, 7:34 PM EDT) -- Lloyd’s of London cannot force other insurers who settled early on with a Portland-based scrapyard facing environmental cleanup costs to reimburse it after it continued to fight and lost at trial, the Oregon Court of Appeals ruled Wednesday, bringing an end to a tangled, decades-long coverage dispute.
