Wyeth Appeals Materna Patent Dispute To Supreme Court

Law360 (February 13, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- In its latest move in a 10-year patent dispute over a prenatal vitamin supplement, Wyeth has filed an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court of a $58.2 million patent infringement judgment awarded to the University of Colorado.

The appeal represents Wyeth’s last legal opening in a 10-year battle over a supplement, Materna, that has earned the company hundreds of millions of dollars.
