Not All DOE Docs Subject To Privilege: Fed. Circ.

Law360 (April 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has found that the U.S. Department of Energy cannot use attorney-client privilege to keep certain documents from being produced in a dispute with Chevron USA Inc. that stemmed from an equity assessment of an oil reserve.
