CFTC Accuses Fla. Firms, 3 Men Of $17M Fraud

Law360 (April 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has frozen the assets of three Florida men and two companies that the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission has accused of operating a fraudulent commodity pool and taking investors for $17 million.

The CFTC on Tuesday announced the charges against Capital Blu Management LLC and DD International Holdings LLC, as well as three of their principals and control persons.
