Refinery Told To Furnish Docs In Spill Coverage Spat

Law360, New York (April 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A refinery will have to cough up documents relating to its operating and emergency procedures, after a judge granted some of its insurance company's motions to compel production in a suit over who will foot a $50 million bill after an 89,000 gallon oil spill.
