Dealing With Difficult Lawyers

First, rather than “jerks” or other pejoratives, let’s refer instead to “difficult lawyers.” There is no question that coping with difficult lawyers is one of the biggest challenges in the practice. The focus here is on dealing with counsel for adverse parties in litigation and elsewhere.
