Energizer Sues Gillette Over Razor Patents

Law360, New York (February 13, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- Energizer Holdings has fired another legal volley in the patent litigation between its Schick-Wilkinson Sword unit and Gillette, charging that the archrival’s flagship products sold under the Mach3, Mach3Turbo and Venus brands infringe three Schick patents.

The company filed a lawsuit Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, seeks an injunction against further infringement and monetary damages.
