Jackson Calls For Legislative Fix For Clean Water Act

Law360 (April 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A legislative fix is needed to help protect waterways in the wake of a series of U.S. Supreme Court rulings that limited the scope of the Clean Water Act, according to Lisa Jackson, the new administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
