St. John, Nurses Settle Wage Dispute For $13.5M

Law360 (April 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- St. John Health Partners has agreed to shell out $13.58 million to settle a putative class action lodged against it and seven other Detroit-area hospitals and hospital systems, accusing them of conspiring to keep down wages of registered nurses and underpaying them by hundreds of millions of dollars as a result.
