Intel MDL Judge Nixes AMD Bid For Toshiba Docs

Law360, New York (April 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing multidistrict antitrust litigation against Intel Corp. has rejected an attempt by plaintiff Advanced Micro Devices Inc. to force Japan's Toshiba Corp. to turn over documents in the case.
