Boeing Sex Bias Suit Back On: 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (April 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has revived a discrimination suit against Boeing Co., overturning a district court's summary judgment ruling against two women who had been laid off by the aerospace giant.

In an unpublished decision, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit sided with the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission, which brought the suit alleging that two women were laid off by Boeing because of their gender.
