Former SEC Enforcement Head Returns To Davis Polk

Law360, New York (April 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Director of Enforcement Linda Chatman Thomsen has returned to Davis Polk & Wardwell after 14 years with the regulator.

Joining Thomsen in Davis Polk's Washington office will be former White House Staff Secretary Raul F. Yanes, the firm said Monday.
