Ex-Bingham Atty's Claims Tossed In Drugging Case

Law360, New York (April 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination has dismissed a complaint brought by a Boston lawyer who accused her former firm, Bingham McCutchen LLP, of failing to take adequate action after she was drugged at the firm's holiday bash.

The MCAD said Thursday that the lawyer, Michelle Moor, failed to show probable cause of sexual harassment, retaliation or constructive discharge.
