Shell Licensee Hit With Contamination Suit

Law360, New York (April 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The owner of a service station in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, has filed a lawsuit accusing a Shell Oil Co. licensee of failing to clean up benzene and other residual hazardous substances at the site that are allegedly migrating toward a nearby source of drinking water.
