Conn. Jumps On Anti-Bisphenol A Bandwagon

Law360 (April 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Following in the footsteps of Suffolk County, N.Y., Connecticut has made strides toward implementing a ban on bisphenol A, joining a growing number of states that are currently considering limitations or prohibitions on the controversial chemical's use.
