WR Grace Seeks Witness Exchanges In Asbestos Suit

Grace & Co. and its former executives of concealing asbestos exposure, the bankrupt chemical maker has demanded that federal prosecutors turn over communications with trial witnesses, reportedly alleging in court that a government witness received an undisclosed immunity deal.
