EPA Greenhouse Gas Finding Clears OMB Review

Law360 (April 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The White House Office of Management and Budget has completed its review of a proposed finding by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that greenhouse gases pose a danger to public health and the environment, a move that could clear the way for the EPA to classify GHGs as pollutants under the Clean Air Act.
