DC Circ. Blocks US Plan To Expand Offshore Drilling

Law360, New York (April 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court on Friday canceled a Bush-era plan to expand oil and gas drilling off the coast of Alaska, ruling that the former presidential administration did not properly study the environmental impact of a program to tap new reserves.
