Justices Will Hear Antitrust Suit Over AmEx Merchant Rules

Law360, New York (October 16, 2017, 10:02 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court said Monday it will hear an antitrust case over American Express Co.'s rules preventing merchants from steering customers to other credit cards, provisions that a group of states has said are anti-competitive.
