Fla. Justices Asked To Rule On Judge's Facebook Friendship

Law360, Miami (October 18, 2017, 5:38 PM EDT) -- A law firm fighting to get a judge disqualified for being Facebook friends with opposing counsel asked the Florida Supreme Court on Tuesday to take up its appeal of a decision ruling that the online relationship is not automatically disqualifying.
