US Tells Justices AIA Patent Reviews Are Constitutional

Law360, New York (October 24, 2017, 9:07 PM EDT) -- The federal government urged the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday to rule that America Invents Act reviews do not violate the U.S. Constitution and are a legally permissible way for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to correct mistakes it makes when issuing patents.
