Law360, New York (April 21, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has struck down two environmental groups' challenge to the U.S. Forest Service’s approval of nine logging projects in Montana’s Kootenai National Forest, affirming a lower court’s ruling that the groups failed to establish the approvals were unlawful.
