Deals Rumor Mill: Pfizer, Deutsche AM, Learning Care Group

The unit, which makes a variety of products including headache pills and lip balm, could be worth $15 billion or more, according to the report. GlaxoSmithKline PLC and Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC are among those with interest in buying the business, the report said, and Centerview Partners, Guggenheim Securities and Morgan Stanley are running the sale process....
