Lucent Scores In Spat With Union Over Merger

Law360 (April 21, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A local union has lost its bid to impose retroactive bargaining or back pay on Lucent Technologies Inc. for failing to discuss its decision to merge with AG Communications Systems and the effects the tie-up would have on the union's members.
