8th Circ. Pick’s Bias Makes Him Unfit, ABA Committee Says

Steven Grasz is not qualified to be an Eighth Circuit judge due to “temperament issues,” including bias regarding social matters like abortion and a lack of open-mindedness, an American Bar Association committee told lawmakers Monday.
