Del. High Court Upholds Chancery Hike Of ISN Deal Price

By Vince Sullivan (October 31, 2017, 3:20 PM EDT) -- A Delaware Chancery Court decision from last year that significantly increased the merger price of ISN Software Corp. will stand after the state's high court agreed with the valuation decision in an order issued on Monday.

A three-justice panel of the Delaware Supreme Court issued the order on Monday after hearing arguments from the parties on Oct. 11 in Dover, saying that the decision of Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III should be affirmed based on the lower court's opinion from August 2016.
