Travelers Pulls Great American Into Defense Suit

Law360, New York (April 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Travelers Casualty Insurance Co. of America has dragged General American Insurance Co. into a suit that claims Travelers must pay defense costs incurred by a development company sued over damage to homes in one of its subdivisions.
