Law360, New York (November 7, 2017, 6:23 PM EST) -- The maker of Johnny Love Vodka is not entitled to a jury trial in its yearslong suit over Beam Inc.'s use of a lipstick imprint on its flavored vodka products, a Nevada federal judge ruled Tuesday, saying neither federal law nor the U.S. Constitution allows for a jury trial in the trademark infringement suit.
