Industry Urges Congress To Renew Duty-Free Program

Law360, San Jose (November 15, 2017, 4:40 PM EST) -- More than 350 U.S. companies and industry associations called on leaders of the Senate Finance and House Ways and Means committees Tuesday to take action and renew the Generalized System of Preferences program, which is set to expire at the end of the year.
