Liberty Mutual Drags Sompo Into Duty To Defend Suit

Law360, New York (April 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Liberty Mutual has dragged Sompo Japan Insurance Co. of America into a suit that claims that Liberty Mutual must pay defense and settlement costs incurred by a construction company sued over damage to property at one of its construction projects.
