USPTO Nominee Vague On How Fair AIA Is To Patent Owners

Law360, New York (November 29, 2017, 8:45 PM EST) -- Irell & Manella LLP managing partner Andrei Iancu, the nominee to lead the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, told senators at his confirmation hearing Wednesday that he will strive to bring “stability and reliability” to the patent system and seek to improve America Invents Act reviews.
