Antitrust Concerns May Delay Vista Launch In Europe

Law360, New York (September 11, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A dispute with European antitrust regulators may cause Microsoft Corp. to delay the release of Vista, its new operating system.

The computer giant has threatened to push back the release of the system if concerns raised by the European Commission remain unresolved. The E.C. may request additional changes to the system, which would force Microsoft to delay launching Vista in Europe.
