Minn. Court Strikes Class Cert. In 3M Age Bias Suit

Law360 (April 28, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Minnesota Court of Appeals on Tuesday rejected a lower court's decision to grant class certification to more than 4,900 employees of 3M Co. in an age discrimination suit, finding the plaintiffs did not meet the established burden of proof for trial court certification hearings.
