Infant Formula Maker Squirts Rival With Another Suit

Law360, New York (April 28, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Infant formula supplier PBM Products LLC has lashed out at a unit of Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., claiming that the company is engaging in a false and misleading advertising campaign that is aimed at eroding consumer confidence in its products.

On Tuesday, PBM filed suit against Mead Johnson Nutrition Co. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, accusing the unit of flouting two previous court injunctions with its latest national ad campaign.
