Ex-Professor Loses Pregnancy Bias Appeal At 6th Circ.

Law360, New York (November 30, 2017, 8:45 PM EST) -- A Sixth Circuit panel affirmed judgment Thursday against a former Central Michigan University professor who alleged that she was denied reappointment because of her pregnancy, saying the school's decision was more closely tied to her “low” scholarly output.
