Philly Wants Hearing To Defend Salary Inquiry Law

Law360, Philadelphia (February 1, 2018, 8:24 PM EST) -- A lawyer for the city of Philadelphia on Thursday pushed a Pennsylvania federal judge for a hearing and discovery to fight off the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia’s bid to halt an ordinance that would bar employers from asking applicants about their pay history.
