Del. Justices Urged To Remand S. China Livestock Case

Law360, Wilmington (December 6, 2017, 8:56 PM EST) -- A Chancery Court judge neglected the "law of the case" in a summary ruling that tossed claims against the former executive of a failed and allegedly plundered Chinese livestock company, an attorney for the company's receiver told Delaware's Supreme Court on Wednesday.
