Nassau Health Care Corp. Hit With Racial Bias Suit
The 43-page complaint, filed in federal court on Long Island, blasts the corporation and 11 individual defendants, claiming that they deprived the seven plaintiffs—who are African-American—of constitutionally guaranteed rights.
