District Court Can Nix ADEA Settlement: 10th Circ.

Law360, New York (April 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has ruled that a lower court has jurisdiction to weigh a claim from a former employee of the U.S. Department of the Interior and must consider his bid to rescind an earlier settlement under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
