11th Circ. Ships KKR-Huff Battle Back To State Court

Huff Asset Management Co. and private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., a federal appeals court has ruled that it lacks jurisdiction to consider the latest appeal, turning the case over to a state court.
