Kilpatrick Stockton Attorney Dead In Apparent Suicide

Law360, New York (April 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Mark I. Levy, chairman of the U.S. Supreme Court and appellate advocacy practice at Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, died Thursday morning in an apparent suicide at the firm's Washington office.

Levy, 59, of Bethesda, Md., was found dead at his desk with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, Metropolitan Police spokesman Quintin Peterson said Thursday. His co-workers found him when they arrived at work and called police at about 9 a.m., Peterson said.
