Law360, New York (December 15, 2017, 10:02 PM EST) -- Federal court leaders moved quickly Friday to answer accusations of inappropriate sexual behavior by U.S. Circuit Judge Alex Kozinski, sending a misconduct investigation to an oversight council at the Second Circuit amid new reports that brought the total number of public accusers to 15.
The referral from U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Roberts came less than 24 hours after the head of the Ninth Circuit announced a misconduct probe into Judge Kozinski, a legal scholar who once held the circuit chief job.
