Deals Rumor Mill: Petrobras, Japan Display, Oi SA

By Benjamin Horney (December 20, 2017, 6:02 PM EST) -- There are multiple groups vying for a gas pipeline network in Brazil owned by state-run oil giant Petrobras that could fetch as much as $7 billion, according to a report from Reuters on Wednesday. According to the report, at least three separate groups are in the running, led by Engie SA, Macquarie Group Ltd. and Mubadala Development Co. The groups recently submitted proposals for a 90 percent stake in Transportadora Associada de Gas SA, known as TAG, the report said....
