High Court Seeks Briefs In Alaska Mine Tailings Suit

Law360 (May 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has asked lawyers for both Coeur Alaska Inc. and the environmental group opposing a permit that would allow the mining company to release mine tailings into U.S. waters to file briefs addressing whether the permit in question violates the Clean Water Act.
