EPA Rule To Mandate GHG Reductions In Biofuels

Law360, New York (May 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- As part of President Obama's plan to advance biofuels research and commercialization, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed a new rule to increase renewable fuels and, for the first time, to require renewable energy to emit less greenhouse gas than the conventional fuels it replaces.
