The United States government's investigations have moved far past Switzerland, and their ongoing efforts to locate undisclosed foreign accounts are now global. In an effort to attract voluntary disclosure over the years, the Internal Revenue Service has established the Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program, a program which is coming to an end later this year.
