By Chelsea Naso (December 3, 2014, 3:26 PM EST) -- CGN Power Co., China's largest nuclear power plant operator, raised US$3.16 billion in an initial public offering in Hong Kong, pricing its 8.8 billion shares at HK$2.78 apiece, the high end of an indicative price range of HK$2.43 to HK$2.78, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the situation. The hefty debut is the largest in Hong Kong since China Everbright Bank's US$3.2 billion IPO in December 2013, the report said. The offering is also said to be the largest utility IPO worldwide this year, according to Dealogic....
