Zohar Reaches Deal To End Dismissal, Stay Fights In Ch. 11

Law360, Wilmington (April 23, 2018, 7:13 PM EDT) -- The Zohar Funds told a Delaware bankruptcy judge Monday that they had reached terms with creditors and insurers to resolve a motion to dismiss the Chapter 11 cases of the debtors, eliminating the need for scheduled hearings on the matter.

During a status conference in Wilmington, Zohar Funds attorney Michael R. Nestor of Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor LLP told the court that mediations sessions with another Delaware bankruptcy judge had been hard-fought, but successful.
